The following information has been based on a standard layout, which consists of 2 web pages; a Document Library Introduction page (with image and menu navigation and a resulting list of documents based on the selected category) and a Document Library Search page (showing a document search module).
This section explains the task of setting up two document pages with their respective Document Library modules:
1.Create a new 'Document Library' introduction page in the Editor (refer to your site map and web design for details on the page label, etc).
2.Within the main container, add the ‘Document Library List Categories’ and ‘Document Library List’ modules.
Note: The Document Library List Categories module controls the image based navigation for the Document Library categories and manages the Document Library category menu items within the Sub Navigation and Breadcrumb modules. If the ‘Menu Navigation’ checkbox is ticked; ensure that a sub navigation module exists on this page.
Design Tip: If your site contains multiple instances of the Document Library List module, site administrators also have the option of creating a 'Document Library' specific template and adding the Document Library List module at template level.
3.Click the Document Library List Categories module and the Document List module [Settings] button , update settings as required and click [OK] to save changes.
4.Create a new 'Document Library Search' page in the Editor (refer to your site map and web design for details on the page label, etc).
5.Within the main container, add the 'Search’ module and the 'Search Results'.
6.Click the Search module and the Search Results [Settings] button , update settings as required and click [OK] to save changes.
