The Infusionsoft module passes Form Builder form data through to Infusionsoft where a new contact is created.
Note: The steps below are based on the assumption that your online forms have been created and setup on your website.
1.Open the Editor and add a Infusionsoft Push Contacts module to the form confirmation page.
Note: The form confirmation page is set as the target in the Form Builder module settings.
2.Open the Infusionsoft Push Contacts module settings and:
a.Select a form in the Form Builder form dropdown.
b.Map the Form Builder fields to the related Infusionsoft fields.
Key Info: Use the Tags Formbuilder Field to pass tags from a form field. Use the Tags field to add tags to all new contacts.
Note: (i) The Infusionsoft dropdowns/fields in the example above will not load until a Form Builder form has been selected. If they do not load at all, please check your Infusionsoft global settings. (ii) The dropdown labels/options will vary according to your settings in Infusionsoft.
3.Click [OK] to update settings.
4.When all editing changes are complete, click [Save] to save changes in the Editor or [Publish] to save changes and update the live site.
Key Info: Step 4 refers to the one person workflow scenario. If your site uses the two person or three person workflow scenario, the Publish button will not be displayed until submitted changes have been approved. Refer to Workflow Scenarios for more information.
