List Settings

List Settings control what is displayed in the category list, page list and search results modules.

 

To access and manage the list settings - open the Contegro Start menu and select Content > Editor.

Double click or right click and Open the page you want to edit.

Open the Attributes Panel.

Open the List Settings tab and update fields as required.

Title

Set a unique page title (max. 150 characters including spaces).

By default, this field is auto-populated with the page label set when the page is first created. The title is used by the category list, page list and/or search results modules.

Author

Add the page author (optional).

Listing Date

Set the date to control the order of this page in a category list module set to sort/group by date.

By default, this field is auto-populated with the created date.

Summary

Add a page summary.

By default, this field is auto-populated with the page (meta) description set when the page is first created.

Keywords

Enter relevant keywords that will help this page be found when site users perform an internal site search.

Tags

Use tags to link this page to other tagged add-on content (products/images/blogs/events/etc) or displayed in a Category List module managed by tags.

Image Location

Select an image that relates to your page (optional).

The title is used by the category list, page list and/or search results modules.

Categories

Select one or more categories that this page belongs to.

The category list module uses this setting to include/exclude pages from the list.

 

When all changes are complete, click [Publish].
