Super members can create and manage other member accounts using the super member manager form on the live site. The steps below can be used to add/remove super member permissions from any member account.
1.Go to Contegro Start › Accounts > Members and select Accounts.
1.Select the members first name to view their account information.
Tip: Use the Member Search fields to filter or search for an account. The Keyword filter can be used to search for members by email, name or login name; as well as custom field data.
2.Use the following fields to manage the account editing/creation options for this member:
a.Super Member Options - Toggle tickboxes to permit/restrict super member management rights.
b.Members that this member can update - Move existing member accounts from Available to Selected to allow this super member to have access/editing rights to their account information.
Note: (i) All accounts created by a super member will be automatically added to the Selected field.
c.Groups that this member can assign to other members - Move active member groups from Available to Selected to allow this super member to assign members to groups.
Note: If one group is moved to the Selected field, the Groups and Primary Group fields in the super member create form will be hidden and new members will automatically be added to the selected column in the 'Members that this member can update' field.
