The Product Summary report provides a full list of all active product stored in the Product Catalogue Manager.
1.Go to Contegro Start > Add-On Modules > Product Catalogue > Reports.
2.Select Product Summary in the Select a report dropdown.
3.To filter your report by stock level, enter a numeric value in the Min. Stock Quantity field. Products will be returned if the stock level is equal to or less than the value entered.
4.To filter your report, select one of the options in the 'Filter by Field dropdown and enter a related value. For example, select title and enter the product name set in the Attributes.
5.To show/hide fields, click [Expand] in the Manage Fields section and toggle tickboxes.
1.Click [View] to generate the product summary report based on your settings.
2.Click [Export] to export the report data to an XLS file (.xls).
Note: Reports are exported to an .xls file. If you are running Microsoft Office 2007 or greater, an error dialogue may be displayed. Click the [Yes] button to continue and open the exported report in MS Excel.
