Note: This task is based on the assumption that you have already created the product - see Add Products.
The Reviews tab stores all feedback posted in the Reviews tab on the Product Details page. Site administrators can use this tab to approve and remove reviews.
Follow the steps below to manage product specific reviews:
1.Go to Contegro Start > Add-On Modules > Product Catalogue and select Products.
2.Use the search facility to locate and select the product you wish to update.
3.Within the product details pop up, select the Reviews tab.
4.To view or print a product review, select the relevant date link in the Date column. Click [OK] to close the preview window and repeat as required.
5.To change the status of a review, select Active or Pending in the dropdown or click [Delete].
