The Customer report provides a details of your online customers.
1.Go to Contegro Start > Add-On Modules > Shopping Cart and select Reports.
2.Select Customer Report in the Select a Report dropdown.
3.To filter your report by date range, set the To and From dates as required.
4.To filter your report by customer number, complete the To and/or From fields.
5.To filter your report by country, select an option in the Filter by Country dropdown.
6.To filter your report by keyword, enter a keyword (i.e. customer name, email, etc) in the Filter by Keyword field.
7.To filter your report by customer status, toggle tickboxes in the Filter by Customer Status section.
Tip: The customer status is managed in the Member Account Manager.
8.If required, click the [Expand] button in the Manage Fields section and toggle tickboxes to show/hide fields in the report.
9.Click [View] to generate the order summary report based on your settings.
Tip: To view order details, select the order number in the order Summary report. To return to the Order Summary Report, click on the [Close] button in the top or bottom RH corner of the Order Detail Report page.
10.Click [Export] to export the report data to an XLS file (.xls).
Note: Reports are exported to an .xls file. If you are running Microsoft Office 2007 or greater, an error dialogue may be displayed. Click the [Yes] button to continue and open the exported report in MS Excel.
11.Click [Print] to print a copy of the report.
