Manage Workflow Email Notifications
Automated email notifications are sent to Writers, Approvers and Publishers when pages are submitted, rejected, approved and/or published.
The following site administrators will receive notification throughout the workflow process up until a page is published:
This section explains the task of managing the automated email notification subject line and email body (message):
1.Go to Contegro Start > Administration and select Workflow.
2.Within the Workflow window, place your mouse pointer over the notification subject or email message (notification body) you wish to edit and double click. When editing changes are complete, click away from the editing panel to close. Repeat steps as required.
Tip: The following variables can be used in the Notification Subject line and Notification Body (email message). The variables must be entered exactly as shown below:

3.Click the [Save] button to save changes.
