This section explains the task of using the in-built spell checking function when editing text in the Content module.
1.If you have not done so already, manually add text or copy text from another source and select the Paste Plain Text button to paste copied text into the Content Editor into the Contegro Editor.
Tip: For quick access, right-click in the white text area and select 'Paste Plain Text' in the right-click menu.
2.Select the Spellchecker button to use the in-built spell checking function. The spell checker highlights misspelled words in yellow. Select Ignore, Change Manually or Add to dictionaryas each word is highlighted.
3.When all text editing changes are complete, click Save to save changes or Publish to update the live site.
Key Info: Step 3 refers to the one person workflow scenario. If your site uses the two person or three person workflow scenario, the Publish button will not be displayed until submitted changes have been approved. Refer to Workflow Scenarios for more information.
