Restore Withdrawn Pages and Menus

Withdrawn (or inactive) pages exist in the site tree, but they are not visible on the live site.  In order to restore (or publish) a withdrawn page, edit content as required and submit the changes for approval or publish immediately.

 

1.Go to Contegro StartContent and select Editor.

Tip: For quick access, use the Editor shortcut icon on the desktop.

 

2.Hover over the withdrawn (or inactive) page or menu item in the site tree and double left click or right-click and select Open.

Note: The right-click menu options displayed in the Site Tree panel vary depending on the group permissions associated to your admin account

 

3.Edit page content or menu attributes as required and select Publish to make the page or menu visible on the live site

Tip: Use the Save button to save any changes without publishing the page or menu.

Key Info: Step 3 refers to the one person workflow scenario.  If your site uses the two person or three person workflow scenario, the Publish button will not be displayed until submitted changes have been approved.  Refer to Workflow Scenarios for more information.
