The Zoho CRM Contacts and Zoho CRM Leads modules pass the Form Builder form data through to ZOHO CRM where a new contact or lead is created.
Note: The steps below are based on the assumption that 'Contacts' and 'Leads' forms have been created and setup on your website.
1.Open the Editor and add a Zoho CRM Contacts or Zoho CRM Leads module to the form confirmation page.
Note: (i) Add the Zoho module to the form confirmation page linked to the form used to capture contact or lead data. (ii) The form confirmation page is set as the target in the Form Builder module settings.
2.Open the Zoho CRM Contacts or Zoho CRM Leads module settings and:
a.Select the 'Contacts' or 'Leads' form in the dropdown.
b.Map the Form Builder form fields to the related ZOHO CRM fields.
Key Info: (i) The ZOHO CRM dropdowns/fields in the example above will not load until a Form Builder form has been selected. If they do not load at all, please check the Auth Token entered in the ZOHO CRM Leads global settings. (ii) The dropdown labels/options will vary according to your settings in ZOHO CRM.
3.Click [OK] to update settings.
4.When all editing changes are complete, click [Save] to save changes in the Editor or [Publish] to save changes and update the live site.
Key Info: Step 4 refers to the one person workflow scenario. If your site uses the two person or three person workflow scenario, the Publish button will not be displayed until submitted changes have been approved. Refer to Workflow Scenarios for more information.
