Great blog. I would like to add my 2 cents worth: I consider Social Networking to be another touch point in your overall marketing strategy (i.e. like an email newsletter or printed brochure). It is a way of communicating your business to a wider audience or an audience you may otherwise not have connected with. All these touch points should have a clear objective. Generally this would be to lead the visitor through to your website where you can better promote your product/service and drive the appropriate call to action.
