Talking to your customers

The waiting room is an under-rated part of any business. It’s an ideal time to nab the attention of your customer, while they’re waiting aimlessly, thumbing old magazines and twiddling their thumbs. Most customers will gratefully watch a TV screen - but our multi-site communication channel takes it a step further, informing and entertaining them while they wait.

How does it work?

We’ll strategically add a TV screen to your waiting room, reception or meeting room. It will feature our streaming content - content that will grab people’s attention and hold it. We’re talking news updates, live traffic cameras, weather forecasts, sharemarket news, entertainment news, sports results - whatever your customers are into. Sliced into this ever-changing content will be the key messages you want to communicate.
